Continue to Urban Sketch w/ Jim Rumpeltes

Join local artist, Jim Rumpeltes for a delightful and informative afternoon. Urban sketching is the act of sketching what you see in real life on location, like telling a story. This workshop introduces students to urban sketching through presentation, discussion and practice. The workshop covers the principles and practicalities of urban sketching. Often used materials will be discussed along with tips on where and when to sketch. This workshop will have students start sketching with a demonstration on how to set up a sketch. More specific topics could include people drawing, color, trees and bushes, and perspective.
